docs(search): say when to pass the repo filter (tool description, README, requirements) - #278

repoの説明に「いつ使うか」を追加 → src/search-contract.ts・README・docs/0-requirements.md・生成済み bridge schema の4か所で同じ趣旨にそろった。既定値と検索挙動は変更なし（説明文のみ） - CI: test / CI / Workers Builds すべて成功（初回はブリッジ schema の再生成漏れで失敗し、再生成して解消）
- スコープ逸脱: なし。ワークスペース側の後回し項目: なし
- 次: mergeable を確認して squash merge
