fix(status): show the delegating word while a Codex seat runs a sub-agent (mcp-config, docs) - #407

…config, docs) Codex app-server seats now read collabAgentToolCall items on their own thread as a new Kind: the badge says 委任中 (the Claude seat's SUBAGENT_WORD) and the line says サブエージェント実行中（<tool>）, where tool is the call's operation (spawnAgent, wait, ...). Child-thread notifications stay dropped. Tests cover start/complete, approval outranking the call, and a child thread's call being ignored. docs/2-screen.md gains the 委任中 row in the Codex seat's word table. 自己レビュー：#406 の要件を満たしている。collabAgentToolCall を Kind::Delegate として扱い、語は Claude の席と同じ SUBAGENT_WORD（委任中）、行は操作名つき。子スレッドの通知は今どおり捨て、許可待ちが優先する。テスト4件追加、docs/2-screen.md も同じ PR で更新。CI green（8429299）。範囲外の変更なし。auto モードなのでマージに進む。実機確認はマスターが再起動後に行う。

crates/mcp-config/src/codex/activity.rs：Kind::Delegateを追加。自分のスレッドのcollabAgentToolCallのitem/startedからitem/completedまで、札は「委任中」（Claude の席と同じhook_activity::SUBAGENT_WORD）、一行は「サブエージェント実行中（tool）」（toolはspawnAgent・waitなどの操作名。無ければ括弧なし）。子スレッドの知らせは今どおり捨てる。docs/2-screen.md：Codex の席の語の表に「委任中」の行を追加し、「サブエージェントの活動は測っていない」の記述を改めた。cargo test（mcp-config）は 256 件すべて成功。実機確認はマスターが行う。Closes #406
