P241 takeover checkpoint: source fix 1c53462; docs receipt follows in this PR. Main b793c73 is already an ancestor. No rebase/force-push or former-owner checkout edit. Both final ratchets ran sequentially in the background under timeout 300 / Python -X faulthandler, using the unchanged main checker and existing development interpreter: src 1; tools 0. Only head>base key: SourceLines 158 -> 376 (+218). Lint/type/structural regressions and introduced-site counts are zero. No budget/baseline/suppression/cast was added. 34 focused tests pass. Real configured saved-state CLI reads pass for native load (38/35/1071, zero forks), growth (136 rows), and this thread's current saved turn/time. This is checkout-source live read verification, not installation or complete parity. Precise blockers: no allocation for 218 additive production lines; the recorded stack interpreter cannot import refactor_audit; development Python has no pyright (ratchet uses mypy). Existing timing cannot classify model/build/check/test/wait/idle, and prior CheckRoot decision-publication acceptance remains unfinished. Commander must resolve allocation/scope and recorded-check interpreter; no self-authorized allowance. Assumed: current P253 reporting policy wins; unknown categories remain unknown; existing published history and original saved sessions remain preserved. Agent-Comms-Order: ff8a8c397475 |
P241: shared native/CLI load and growth
Rebased onto requested main
15ba6edce. PreservesCommanderContext, the current argument parser and the current checked-order lifecycle; no deleted module-level commander methods restored.Owners and deletions
capacity.Loadserves the native load tool and the real CLI; total is projected from its counts.OrderRead.for_commanderselects retained orders and validates holder incarnation. Full edit readers, count readers, load and the unjudged standing rule use that owner. Deleted competingCommsUnjudgedTool.readers/count.ToolCallercapabilities select an explicit actor or the configured commander. CLI arguments use existing concrete caller states and FieldCodec normalization.MergeGrowthconsumes one captured first-parent numstat stream; no implicit fetch or per-commit subprocess loop. ExistingRepoowns checked bounded Git execution.Checks

Syntactic receiver evidence does not prove dynamic resolution or runtime freshness.Actual application reads
Configured saved-state native handler: 32 open, 30 overdue, 1860 unjudged, total 278.0. Real
agent-comms-commander capacityimmediately afterwards: 32 open, 30 overdue, 1861 unjudged, displayed total 278. The count increased by one between reads; not a frozen parity comparison. The focused retained-fixture test verifies exact native/CLI equality and no heartbeat store.Receipts use
p241-ready-{tests,src,tools,native,cli}in the same scratch directory. This proves the real CLI and native handler against configured saved state; it is not installed native transport/provider-process acceptance. Merger owns installation.Failures disclosed
The 20:52 checkpoint had a CLI NameError; its retained tests were not green. Its ratchet commands omitted required
--headand exited 2. During this rebase the fork field also needed correction to supported concrete caller representations. Those intermediate failures are retained, not replayed or hidden. The final 22:10 readiness deadline was missed.Assumed: this latest delivery order is shared load/growth; broader timing/alert parity remains P244's separate unfinished work. SourceLines growth follows the standing nonblocking ruling. No overall plan completion or installation is claimed.
