P301 family A — held working checkpoint

Published head 8bf3e13, rebased onto main 12e2c78. Draft and held: no whole-family merge, installed acceptance or cutover claim. The original readiness deadline was missed.

Current integration blocker

Pi-cn-phase5's narrow row31 correction 188651e is integrated at 8bf3e13. It requires the precise FailedCheckStrike, unchanged pending order/assignment/goals and exactly the strike/revision mutation; its author proved both actual command paths with all12 checks. My current-head Ruff check passes. PR-creation UNKNOWN was not retried and the original P294/UNKNOWN checkout was not touched.

Current-head retained verification stops before any comparison command in CheckRoot: main P712's ClaimTransition decoder rejects live history's WakeClaims missing admission, old releases field and generation=None (failed-check-live.stderr, StoredHistoryUnreadable). This needs the merger's bounded migrated practice-copy/carry chain after its reported P734 blocker; no second codec, fake fixture, live rewrite or successful current-head claim. Six selected automated cases also stop in the global native-runtime-package fixture because the exact prepared cache artifact is missing; no test bodies executed (failed-check-tests.log).

Earlier actual results, scoped to their heads

  • e686e0f, actual complete current/native family run: 8/10 positives 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 29, 33 (verdict-family.json, exit 0). Row30 remains unverified. Row31 is false under current main: both sides correctly refuse the partial commit, record the canonical failed-check strike, remain pending and then accept the exact zero-site commit; its old whole-Todo equality assertion incorrectly rejects that legitimate strike/revision. Pi-cn-phase5 subsequently supplied the precise correction above; no failed result was relabeled as passing.

  • 9243f58, on main a51e58b: the combined real current/native comparison completes with 8/10 positives: 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 29, 31, 33. Rows 8 and 30 remain unverified. Receipt: clocked-family.json. This is copied-bus proof, not installed proof.

  • 0941ccf, preceding integration checkpoint: 5 focused tests pass (planned-git-owner-tests.log). Actual row3 comparison passes all three current/native pairs: merged-to-main succeeds 0/0; other-branch and unmerged commits refuse 1/1, preserving pending state (planned-git-owner-live.json). This does not relabel the earlier combined 8/10 as current-head evidence.

  • Earlier b925 tests were 43 passed / 1 failure in the candidate-publication fixture. The original fixture failure was reproduced on main ef4cc72; no same-base e079 reproduction or full-suite success is claimed.

  • e686e0f: row8's four actual saved-session/SDK edit and current/native verdict paths pass (catalog-verdict-live.json): accepted and send-back mutations match, including real committed Goal history. Three focused verdict/launcher tests pass (integrated-verdict-tests.log; before the metadata-only rule fix). The existing read-only pinned SDK and exact declared audit-catalog commit were reused; no installation or new dependency environment.

  • Exact e686e0f tools ratchet 0, no introduced or increased findings. Source ratchet did not complete: mypy 2.3.0 raised an INTERNAL ERROR at rows.py:180 (verdict-src.stderr); no clean source-ratchet claim or suppression. Earlier b925's two removed-cli type errors are not reused as current evidence.

Ownership and integration

  • ParityRow.comparison is the one dispatch. Lifecycle observation records actual request/returns through Commander.call; no frame-local profiling reader remains.
  • BoundedRun/ChildResult own process collection and retirement. CLI argv comes from InvokeCliCommand; cwd/env are explicit. Python candidate-source selection and sanitized Node execution retain their distinct policies.
  • CandidateMaintenance owns its worker lifetime; CheckRoot joins it before retiring the copy.
  • Row3's persistent checked checkout uses the configured storage owner. Delete row3 Git runner and use Repo.git throughout #2128's DeliveryRepository.git is deleted, not wrapped: setup, cases, checks and tests use bounded Repo.git, with author configuration set once.
  • Rebase preserves main's time owner and deleted CLI fact. Native deadlines use RecordedEventTime.at_clock; external current-command input remains actual HH:MM grammar, distinct from HH:MM:SS display.
  • Main's new external-transcript index required rebasing before saved-session copying. No live schema was rewritten. Disposable comparison OrderFiles now give their real explicit unplanned reason, rather than depending on ambient phase readiness.
  • Main's row13/story implementation and declarations are preserved. Pi-cn-phase2's final row8 stack through f090006 is integrated, preserving package-sanitized Node environment and copied-worker cwd through the single shared producer.
  • P739's packaged review rule omitted the required Why declaration and blocked the actual review entrypoint. Earlier e686e0f fixed that data declaration and all62 rules parsed. During the current rebase, main's own corrected Why/How-to-apply declaration was kept and the now-redundant worker patch dropped.
  • Row30 stays unverified. P311 was released and is canonically unassigned; its published P311: refuse installed close for proofs from another Core/Toad build #2127 checkpoint is frozen and was reviewed, not resumed. Its new raw unbounded git lookup should use existing Repo.git before final acceptance; commander must restore/name the retained implementation owner. No competing implementation or UNKNOWN replay.

Receipts: /home/ts/.cache/agent-scratch/pi-plan-claims/p301/, owned by pi-plan-claims. Before-source censuses remain before.json, policy-before.json, maintenance-before.json.

Remaining acceptance

Resolve the current-main/live-history carry mismatch before current-head comparisons; resolve row30 custody and consume its scoped owner correction; rerun combined comparison and exact-head checks, including the previously reported source-checker internal error. Merger owns fresh installation and the actual installed affected path. Full parity and Cutover remain fail-closed; verification does not persist row acceptance.
