Fixes #179

Compile compatibility derives from the existing typed observation owner instead of hashing the entire submission. Full request identity stays available. Export paths/scopes no longer invalidate unchanged compilation; source, pipeline, configuration, axes, debug and unknown inputs remain checked. Rejected requests no longer consume a valid artifact.

The existing auxiliary owner supplies the shared observation projection. Compiler records and consumers use compilation_signature explicitly; no compatibility aliases, duplicate exclusion roster or new registry.

Verification

  • 53 focused source tests passed across identity, reuse, ordinary compiled lifecycle, server exports, artifact plans and compiled inspection.
  • 50 adjacent source tests passed for GUI compile-cache/debug replay and typed observation exports.
  • 35 installed identity/reuse/server tests passed, with installed package import verified.
  • Actual installed public MCP: compile -> reject a changed pipeline -> original pipeline successfully reuses the SAME artifact with values export. A separate compiled pipeline successfully reuses its artifact with outcomes export.
  • Native export readers validate both execution identities and A01 membership; values contain five typed records and six existing contract-observed output files. Outcomes also retain six existing paths. MCP inventory returns seven result files per destination.
  • Bounded NRA census and decision receipt included; global/equivalence proof remains OPEN.

Boundaries

No frozen H002 or held-out/reference data was modified. The synthetic detector remains visually rejected; this is runtime/harness readiness, not biological acceptance or a blind score. Cold readonly inspection still reaches the existing 10-second boundary and remains tracked by #178; no timeout increase. PR #157 export-path ownership, #180 catalog preparation and #183 completion polling remain separate.
