Actual installed journey at fa6688c now passes ordinary health and native startup without PYTHONPATH overrides, readiness discovery, owner-routed registration (0.279s), source artifact-plan inspection (2.006s), session creation and actual compile. Same original compile job was read-only reconciled as complete in about 1.43s after a separate dependency annotation defect interrupted typed progress decoding (issue243). No compile resubmission. All exact owned handles were closed and independently absent. This confirms the two import-order diagnostic fixes; it does NOT establish full pipeline execution or delayed-receipt acceptance. |

Follow-up to merged #233. The ordinary installed native acceptance driver imported PolyStore first, loading site-package metaclass_registry before OpenHCS activated its recorded external roots. The production bootstrap correctly rejected that mixed provenance. Import OpenHCS first in both the operator and native diagnostic child, using the existing bootstrap owner rather than forcing PYTHONPATH or installing eight independent dependencies. Only the diagnostic changes; installed production, packaging and submodule files are byte-identical to reviewed cf5bed3. No scientific run is active. Full actual installed register/discover/compile/execute and delayed-receipt journey remains pending; prior startup failure is preserved and no source RPC was dispatched. Refs #230; no complete readiness claim.
