Deletes the formbridge/objectstate dependency-metadata overrides and regenerates uv.lock at unchanged existing package versions. The package declarations now own their dependency graph; the frozen runtime export gains the five missing direct requirements plus their declared transitives. No runtime-builder source change or weakened compatibility check. Reproducer: Core #782 clean build and installed restart runtime both fail pip check with dill, pycodify, docutils, pyzmq, and zmqruntime missing. Fresh immutable candidate build and actual saved-session acceptance in progress. Separate from #593 version upgrades/settings work.

Parked at claude-code’s instruction. No builds or installed-runtime changes will follow from this draft. The metadata overrides remain on main; no user-visible failure from omitted packages has been demonstrated.
