chore(renovate): cut over to Renovate 44.155.7 (RIG-4935) - #2407

Renovate rollup #2342 moved the workflow pin to 44.155.7 after the 44.155.2 cut-over merged, so the Reviewable self-pin test fails again. pr-body.js is byte-identical between 44.155.2 and 44.155.7, and no other dist file carries the marker. The self-pin bump moved only the workflow pin inside the TypeScript rollup, so the Reviewable cut test red every unrelated TS bump until a hand cut-over landed (#2397, #2407, #2435). Un-group it so the bump opens its own PR, where the REVIEWABLE_CUT_VERIFIED_AT edit goes. Co-authored-by: Matt Wilkinson <matt@rigel.build>

Part of RIG-4935. Moves the Renovate workflow pin and
REVIEWABLE_CUT_VERIFIED_ATfrom 44.155.2 to 44.155.7 together, as #2397 did. After #2397 merged, Renovate rebased #2342 and moved only the workflow pin, to 44.155.7. The self-pin test fails on that mismatch.Verification
dist/modules/platform/pr-body.jsis byte-identical between 44.155.2 and 44.155.7 (cmpclean). It is the only dist file that contains the Reviewable marker.util/http/{http,util}.jsandworkers/repository/reconfigure/index.js. None of them is on the PR-body path.bun test tools/renovate/gives 298 pass / 0 fail.Risks
Low: a patch bump with an unchanged body cut.
Compatibility
#2342 rebases afterwards, and its renovate line becomes a no-op.
