Rename the predecessor psychsocio-metafauna workspace to PSFR, preserve its lineage/coalescence program, and add a separate agency-displacement phenomenology track with explicit event classes and measurement boundaries.

Update the graduation gate to the renamed workspace
After this commit deletes research/psychsocio-metafauna/, the graduation instructions still say the work must remain at that nonexistent path. Anyone following this lifecycle gate is directed to the retired workspace rather than research/psfr/; update this remaining projection as part of the rename.

Reconcile the declared PSFR surface form
The same domain claim declares surface_form as psychosocial fauna on line 5 but says here that the proposal's surface form is intentionally psychsocio and must not be normalized. Machine consumers and human readers therefore receive opposite naming rules for the claimed term; distinguish the legacy lineage term explicitly or make the authoritative surface-form statements agree.

Gate graduation on the second PSFR track
PSFR now explicitly owns a separate agency-displacement track, but this graduation gate can be completed using only lineage, susceptibility, coalescence, capture, accountability, repair, and one synthetic study. It therefore permits the entire PSFR workspace to graduate while the work graph still records that no agency-displacement preregistration has been executed; either add track-specific provenance, falsification, and preregistration requirements or scope this gate solely to the lineage component.

This rename exposes research/psfr/ as a distinct stack-local participant, but neither stack-manifest.json nor STACK_MANIFEST.md contains a PSFR research-participant record. Consequently the authoritative participant graph and its digest omit the newly declared workspace even though the consistency checker passes because it only validates entries already present; add matching machine/human records and recompute the root work-graph digest.

The rename changes the top-level identity from psychsocio-metafauna.pattern-lineage to psfr.psychosocial-fauna, while retaining the former ID as a nested defined term, but records no supersedes or containment relationship. Consumers therefore cannot determine whether the old claim was replaced, remains independently active, or is now a child of the PSFR umbrella; preserve that identity transition explicitly rather than silently changing the authoritative key.

This change advances both the domain claim and work graph to 0.2.0, but the PSFR README still advertises the workspace as version 0.1.0. Downstream users following the README cannot tell which machine-readable contract they are consuming, so update the human-facing version or explicitly document that it follows an independent version stream.
