This rename exposes
research/psfr/as a distinct stack-local participant, but neitherstack-manifest.jsonnorSTACK_MANIFEST.mdcontains a PSFR research-participant record. Consequently the authoritative participant graph and its digest omit the newly declared workspace even though the consistency checker passes because it only validates entries already present; add matching machine/human records and recompute the root work-graph digest.AGENTS.md reference: AGENTS.md:L43-L43
