This PR lands Launchplane's tested candidate
a07d35a693e9d96b1ecaff5dd162dcabf4740e8fthrough the protected merge endpoint. Constituent PRs and reviewed heads:5fdc1499d3610429c8c65e2874be9ce498bace35446b751bdeacfce3572ef4b4a32e32edb6a44977Launchplane revalidates every constituent and records the shared landing effect. Keep source PRs and branches intact. Let the Launchplane controller merge this PR; do not merge it by hand or update its generated branch. An out-of-controller merge without a preceding admission remains fenced for explicit reconciliation. The controller confirms constituent completion after landing.
