The merge train pushes a combined candidate to launchplane/train/** and lands only when every required check passed on that exact commit. Trigger the required-check workflows on those pushes too. Refs cbusillo/launchplane#2601

This repository is now on the Launchplane merge train (cbusillo/launchplane#2601). The train pushes a combined candidate commit to
launchplane/train/**and lands a PR only when every required check onmainpassed on that exact commit. The workflows here ran onmainpushes and pull requests but not on candidate pushes, so no candidate could ever pass.This adds
launchplane/train/**to the push trigger ofci.yml.Nothing new runs on
mainor on pull requests.Refs cbusillo/launchplane#2601
