JSON Patch changes, including removing load balancer hostnames, failed activity policy evaluation and left activity entries missing. Handle these requests across nine networking policies so valid changes produce activities while preserving existing metadata filtering and rename entries.
Validation: activity policy tests pass, including 157 new regression scenarios covering rule selection and summary rendering; Kustomize rendering and whitespace checks pass.
