Read images from streams (stdin, pipes)

Stacked on #115 (merge that one first, this PR then retargets main).

• IsoFile::fromStream(): copies a non-seekable stream to a temporary file (removed on destruct, size limit, cleanup on failure)
• isotool -f - reads the image from the standard input (cat image.iso | isotool -f - --list)
• tests for ISO and UDF streams, limit, cleanup, CLI

Covers FEAT-08.
