[PB-4449]: refactor/upload list the failed items of an upload task in the retry dialog - #2267
The failed items dialog of an upload task now lists the items that failed in that task (files, and folders that could not be created), so they can be retried one by one or all at once from the task itself.
Failed downloads, and uploads still handled by the current retry flow, keep showing and retrying exactly as before.
Items that cannot be retried are shown as "Not allowed", and the items being retried show a spinner instead of the retry button.

QA Passed
Testing Process
Unit tests for the failed items of an upload task (listing them, retrying one and retrying all), the dialog (count in the title, retry all only with retryable items, not allowed and retrying items) and the failed uploads and downloads kept by the current retry flow. Typecheck, lint and the tasks and upload tests pass.
Additional Notes
Most of the size is tests; the code mainly moves the current retry flow out of the dialog so the dialog only shows failed items and retries them.

New Features
View failed upload and download items with their file details and retry status.
Retry an individual failed upload or retry all eligible failed uploads from the task.
Retryable items show their progress while a retry is underway.
Bug Fixes
Prevented duplicate uploads when the same item is submitted while already in progress.
Failed uploads can be retried after storage becomes available, and storage-related errors are reported again on retry.
The PR adds failed-upload tracking and retry callbacks, prevents duplicate uploads during concurrent runs, and refactors retry dialogs to display failed-item data from upload tasks or the retry manager.

Summary
Track and retry failed uploads src/app/tasks/types.ts, src/app/upload/failedUploadItem.ts, src/app/upload/Upload.ts, src/app/upload/Upload.test.ts
Upload tasks expose failed-item metadata and callbacks. The upload flow records failures, clears them after success, and supports retrying one item or all failures. Tests cover failure tracking, retry behavior, and upload reporting.
UploadManager filters out items already queued or running. A test verifies that concurrent runs upload a shared item once.
Map retry-manager tasks to failed items src/app/tasks/components/TaskToRetry/useRetryManagerFailedItems.ts, src/app/tasks/components/TaskToRetry/useRetryManagerFailedItems.test.ts, src/app/tasks/components/TaskToRetryItem/*
The new hook maps retry-manager upload and download tasks to display data and retry callbacks. TaskToRetryItem renders retry, retrying, and non-retryable states from each item.
Render and retry failed items src/app/tasks/components/TaskToRetry/TaskToRetry.tsx, src/app/tasks/components/TaskToRetry/TaskToRetry.test.tsx
TaskToRetry receives failed items, shows upload or download messaging, and offers retry-all when eligible items exist. Tests cover modal behavior and retry-manager flows.
Connect upload task failures to the dialog src/app/tasks/components/TaskLoggerItem/TaskLoggerItem.tsx, src/app/tasks/components/TaskLoggerItem/TaskLoggerItem.test.tsx
TaskLoggerItem uses task-level failed items when available, wires item and retry-all callbacks, and bases dialog visibility and its warning indicator on the combined failures.

Merge Risk: Low · up to fcf79
Failed uploads can now be retried from the dialog. One narrow edge case remains where an item passed twice in a single upload call could be uploaded twice. It is low risk and can be fixed in a follow-up.

Failure tracking costs O(n) per failure, so a large failure burst costs O(n²).
recordFailure and clearFailure call syncFailedItemsToTask. That call runs getFailuresOf, which scans every failed item and walks each item's parent chain. It then emits a TaskUpdated event with a new array. A folder upload with thousands of failures, for example after a storage-full error, repeats this work for each failure.
Consider keeping failures grouped per top-level item, for example Map<UploadItem, Map<UploadItem, FailedUploadItem>>. You could also batch task updates, for example once per run or retry pass.

Update Upload failure tracking so recordFailure and clearFailure do not rescan
all failed items and walk their parent chains for every change. Group failures
by top-level item or otherwise maintain an efficient per-top-level lookup, and
preserve task updates with the current failedItems contents while batching
updates where the existing run or retry flow allows.

Deduplicate items within a single run call.
If run([report, report]) receives the same UploadItem twice, both entries pass this filter. Line 165 adds the item only after filtering, so the queue uploads it twice. Add each accepted item to itemsInProgress during filtering, before examining the next entry. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
