Rewrites the public docs so they describe the data by what it holds. Bumps the spec to 1.13.75.

What changed in openapi.yaml, CHANGELOG.md (past entries too) and the prose in scripts/build_reference.py:

  • Field descriptions for rounds, match state, stoppages, per-point serve and outcome, measured statistics and tournament surfaces say what the value means and when it is null.
  • The 2013 to 2022 archive tape reads as "reconstructed point sequences, no capture timestamps". The point_source_detail value reconstruction from public record is unchanged, so clients see the same bytes.
  • The charting endpoints describe the charted corpus by its coverage.
  • docs/*.html, docs/llms.txt and docs/openapi.json are regenerated from the spec.

No path, operationId, schema name, enum value or field changed. The Scalar comments in docs/index.html are code comments and stay.

Checked locally:

  • npx @redocly/cli@latest lint openapi.yaml: valid
  • python scripts/build_reference.py --check: generated docs are current
  • sh scripts/truthcheck.sh: OK
  • the contract assertions from lint.yml: OK, 48 paths, 49 operations, 66 schemas

The reference, the topic pages, llms.txt and the changelog now say what
each value means and when it is null. The archive tape reads as
reconstructed point sequences with no capture timestamps. The
point_source_detail value stays as it was, so clients see no change.
