What changes

Batch 9 of the zh-Hans translation pass (docs/TRANSLATION.md). Branch reset to main after #369 merged; this PR carries only batch 9.

Against the current English. operate/upgrade was first translated before #361. Its intro, step 3 and the roll-back section now say what #361 says: on Community the exact tag can be pushed again when a version is rebuilt, so pin its digest too. It is stamped against today's sha. Every ### ObjectStack 17.x heading keeps its English id (#objectstack-177 and so on), so the links from the changelog and the Docker page land.

Terms. On these pages 操作 appears only on upgrade, and only as a generic verb: "documents the procedure" (操作流程) and "back up before the real one" (对真实数据库操作之前). No ObjectStack action is rendered as 操作.

Heading ids. Each translated heading carries the English page's id in Fumadocs' custom-id syntax. A script writes them from the English headings in order.

Tests

Translation-only diff; no code or test files change.

Acceptance notes

• ja/de/es/fr/ko page siblings are untouched (step 3 decision: keep them partial). No meta file changes in this batch.
• Code fences are byte-identical to English, comments included.
