The blanket publication rule in #8 also blocked review commands explicitly requested by the user. Allow only the necessary command in a PR conversation comment. Keep names, session links, attribution, and claims of doing the work forbidden elsewhere, and require an explicit request to invoke the bot rather than inferring authorization from an installed integration or reviewer suggestion.
Validation:
just checkpassed all 32 tests, and both modified skills passed frontmatter and structure validation. Adopting repositories receive the updated rules after merge and their next task refresh.
