Adds connections/google to the docs: setting up a Google Cloud OAuth client for a self-hosted instance (reusing the sign-in client, the second redirect URI, the five APIs, the scopes, and Internal or External in production, with a warning about Testing's 7-day expiry), connecting an account, what Read files does, troubleshooting Google's errors, and disconnecting. Every claim follows the code on this branch and the self-hosting research, and Gmail and file writes are mentioned only as coming, with the sign-in already asking for them. The page goes in the sidebar after Email, and the overview, the Google sign-in section and the Gmail app-password page link to it.
Stack: self-hoster surface 1 of 2, on #82; next: the catalog's not-configured state.
