ci: test baseline on dev branch

Empty commit to verify CI health on the dev branch independently of any code changes. Will close after CI runs.

The default compose jobs fail after RHDH binds :7007.
The process then aborts in better-sqlite3 on quay.io/rhdh-community/rhdh:next due to the out-of-date Node 24 / libnode.so.137.

The image is being pulled and the container is running as normal.
The CI check issue could be to the fact that rhdh backend still depends on better-sqlite3 version 12.11.1 and this version is not up-to-date for Node-24, causing node to abort the job.

Node aborts the job as logged in Assertion failed (env) != nullptr, log is captured in the [CI / docker compose - compose](https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-local/actions/runs/33883263689/job/101057223181#step:3:704) log. Looking more into this.
