Overview
Fixes a typo in the public constant name:
CONTROl_TOKENS_PATTERN(lowercasel) is renamed toCONTROL_TOKENS_PATTERN. The regex string value is unchanged.The public-API test and its docstring are updated to import and reference the corrected name. No backward-compatibility alias is added, so anything still importing the old name will break until updated (e.g. words-segmentation on a matching release).
