feat: Support Kafka 4 in EmbeddedKafkaSystem - #7

spring-kafka-test 4.1 dropped EmbeddedKafkaZKBroker, so the convenience constructor builds EmbeddedKafkaKraftBroker; kotlin 2.2.20 because Spring 7 metadata does not compile on 2.0. KRaft assigns ports through KafkaClusterTestKit and ignores kafkaPorts, so the config reports brokersAsString instead of the port we asked for — clients used to get a dead address and re-bootstrap forever. What cannot be honoured now fails: advertisedHost rejects a KRaft broker, a fixed-port environment throws UnsupportedOperationException pointing at env-mq-kafka.
