Omarchy commit 6bee248a ("Make Appearance a top-level menu holding the Style options", #15973) renamed the top-level style section to appearance and split trigger.toggle.nightlight into state-guarded "Nightlight On" / "Nightlight Off" rows. The installed-menu test failed on the missing style root and smoke.sh expected a "Nightlight" title that no longer exists.

  • tests/omarchy-menu.test.js: expect appearance; resolve the installed menu through $OMARCHY_PATH first, matching OmarchyMenuSource's runtime resolution, so a dev-linked checkout tests the menu the shell runs.
  • tests/smoke.sh: accept either state-dependent nightlight row.
  • README.md: the run example is now omarchy:appearance.theme.
