Replace shared banner with YOLO27 artwork

Replace yolov8/banner-yolov8.png with the YOLO27 artwork from https://cdn.ul.run/i/ffd8c9fc5b34d01128380e5dd3ad1fa3.avif. Keeping the existing filename and raw GitHub URL lets repositories, forks, and other consumers using that URL receive the new image after caches refresh.

Use the compressed 1920 × 540 PNG, preserving readable text, transparency, and smooth gradients. The replacement is 222,296 bytes (217 KiB).

Companion: ultralytics/ultralytics#26177 retains the shared image URL and updates the banner destination links.

Validation: verified PNG decoding, dimensions, and size; visually inspected text and gradients. Only the existing banner file changes.
