修复 issue #227（完整版）：notes 锚点源与 chapters 实际锚点同源化
#228 修了种子取值口径但 notes 仍失败——诊断定位到真正的断链：
source.kind标签是 coordinator 按「入参形态」猜的（列表就标 segments），而调用方 llm_ops 解析种子时已经知道真相（cached_dialogs / segments）却只拿来打日志；notes reader 又按这个失真标签选加载器，并存在跨源静默兜底。改动（锁定决策方案 a）
coordinator.py：新增timeline_segments_kind形参，采纳调用方已解析的来源事实；本轮 structured 覆盖仍改写为 "dialogs"（此路原本就正确）llm_ops.py：把chapters_seed_kind透传给协调器（此前只打日志）notes_processor.py：reader 按声明 kind 精确复现（dialogs 系只读 llm_processed.json、segments 系只读 load_segments）；声明来源缺失时确定性失败，删除跨源静默兜底；无标签历史产物保留探测顺序验证
tests/unit/test_notes_anchor_source.py（398 行）：生产同构场景（dialogs 12 条 + segments 17 条共存）走真实 coordinator/process 全链，断言 kind 如实、指纹相等、读错源必不等（防恒真）部署后动作
删 BV1fcHD6cEw3 的 llm_chapters.json → 重提重生成 chapters → 重试详细笔记，#227 闭环。
