twitter:card/og:image标签补真实 Chromium 回归。tests/browser_server.py：新增有卡夹具入口browser-fixture-view-og，上下文带share_card（headline 含"与&）和绝对og_image_url；现有browser-fixture-view仍无卡。e2e/tests/pages.spec.ts：有卡页用 locatortoHaveAttribute断言大图标签与转义还原；无卡页toHaveCount(0)。未改
src/**、未改tests/og_card/**。验证
cd e2e && npx playwright test tests/pages.spec.ts：11 passedcd e2e && npm test（全部 e2e）：19 passedmake test：通过后续
无配置或服务重启。请主脑标 ready 后走完整 gate。
