Scoped early draft review at 4fbc8c4, base 4817f92, within #183's explicitly partial delivery scope: no verified actionable defect found in the inspected root/subskill guidance, source spot-checks, offline helper/tests, retained reports and packaging projections. Existing generated records only refresh source identities/hashes in the inspected delta.
Ready CI 40489633354 passes full-check and installed-package jobs on Python 3.10/3.11. That establishes software/package checks, not native qualification. The planning-only Skill Eval record has zero comparisons and 125 uncovered paths; it is not efficacy evidence.
Retain the documented native TP timeout and accelerator/model/SSD/distributed verification gaps. Honest failed/NOT_RUN experiments are valid evidence for this accepted partial delivery; this review introduces no new native experiment requirement. Not a merge-ready LGTM: the PR remains draft and #183's new informed candidate-admission decision remains outstanding. Static review only; no PR code, hardware or model execution, and no campaign/issue acceptance granted.

User-approved source research, native C adaptation and partial candidate drafting. Final informed candidate admission after these exact validation gaps remains pending; no merge or managed import is authorized by the earlier drafting decision.

Self-contained DwarfStar root plus runtime-memory, serving-state and qualification routes; pinned source readset/hashes, MIT notice, offline JSON request helper, AREX planning/verification records and 10 assertion-backed cases. Registry/catalog, the two maintained matrices and packaging/count checks are updated together. AREX portable meta-skills were executed by a compatible agent, not an unexecuted DisCo CLI/model run. No paid model/API/GPU use or weight download.
Base integration
Current main
4817f92121df73fd9cd5fb4a319e3c56a68b4a5bis integrated without force or CI bypass. Its sidecar/case-resource changes are preserved; the projection is regenerated from real source snapshot3291ffbeab2fe72b217d21c8cac282a4f5348267. A fresh local full-suite check after that integration passed: 1332 tests, 8 skipped, 135 subtests. The tested local tree exactly equals this remote head tree.CI correction
The first current-base Ready run passed both full-check jobs but failed the two installed-wheel jobs at the stale total-record expectation (108). This PR adds one record, so the exact expectation is corrected to109; no backend or acceptance assertion is weakened. Fresh wheel verification and exact-head CI are being checked.
