Native reopening checkpoint for #134. The typed result_directory request is automatically MCP-exposed and shares the admitted directory inventory with queries. Native ROI materialization persists existing ImagePayloadMetadata; reopening derives source components, domain, plane projection and calibration from that owner, not filenames, and partitions wire batches through the existing projector. Original source context supplies fallback calibration. Missing/conflicting native bindings reject explicitly; result images require a verified source receipt. Capability declares viewer side effects. Source: 156 focused checks. Installed wheel: 157 checks with verified application import paths. Actual installed MCP on isolated :90/5691 reopened POINT and materialized polygons, retained exact coordinates/labels and source/calibration despite misleading filenames, and produced six personally opened matched raw/result/combined captures under two windows. Synthetic transport only, not biological acceptance. Extra viewer closed; H002 frozen hashes unchanged. Full receipts under /home/ts/wt/openhcs-live-point-evidence-20260929/native-reopening-20260929. Remaining writer-success admission, full compile/run journey, historical H002 recovery, 3D/orthogonal QA and independent scientific acceptance remain in #134; does not close it. Local checks and live affected installed MCP path passed; hosted CI deferred per owner.
