Renovate rollup #2342 moved the workflow pin to 44.155.7 after the 44.155.2 cut-over merged, so the Reviewable self-pin test fails again. pr-body.js is byte-identical between 44.155.2 and 44.155.7, and no other dist file carries the marker. Move both pins together, as in #2397. Co-authored-by: Matt Wilkinson <matt@rigel.build>

The self-pin bump moved only the workflow pin inside the TypeScript rollup, so the Reviewable cut test red every unrelated TS bump until a hand cut-over landed (#2397, #2407, #2435). Un-group it so the bump opens its own PR, where the REVIEWABLE_CUT_VERIFIED_AT edit goes. Co-authored-by: Matt Wilkinson <matt@rigel.build>

Summary
Part of RIG-4935. Cuts the Renovate workflow pin and
REVIEWABLE_CUT_VERIFIED_ATover to 44.155.2, in one step as #2331 did. #2342's Renovate rollup bumps only the workflow pin, so the self-pin test fails there (Expected: "44.151.0" Received: "44.155.2"). This PR moves both pins together.Verification
dist/modules/platform/pr-body.jsis byte-identical between 44.151.0 and 44.155.2 (diffclean), includingreviewableRegex = /\s*<!-- Reviewable:start -->/. Every other dist file that references the marker is identical too. Two other body-path files changed:workers/repository/update/pr/index.js(per-dependency release-notes dedup) andmodules/platform/github/index.js(massageMarkdownconverts alert blocks after truncation). Neither touches the marker or the cut.bun test tools/renovate/gives 297 pass / 0 fail.Risks
Low. The pin moves to a soaked patch release, and the body-cut code is unchanged.
Compatibility
After this merges, #2342 needs a rebase. Its renovate line then becomes a no-op.
