[PB-4449]: refactor/upload retry of what failed in an upload - #2266
Each upload task now keeps the list of what failed in it (files, and folders that could not be created), with whether each one can be retried.
The user can retry one failed item or everything that failed in a task. A failed file is uploaded again into its folder, and a folder that could not be created is created again with all its content.
Retrying something that is already being retried does not upload it twice, and a folder is counted as uploaded only once however many times its files are retried.
If the storage is still full on a retry, the user is told again.
Not used by the app yet: the next PR shows the failed items in the tasks list, and the ones after move the Drive uploads onto it.

Testing Process
Unit tests for listing the failed items on each task, retrying a folder, one file or everything, retrying while a retry is still running, a folder that could not be created, a loose file, and the storage still full or freed on retry. Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Failed uploads can now be retried from their task, including individual files or folders when eligible.
Retry status is shown for failed items while they are being uploaded again, and items are cleared from the failure list when they succeed.
Upload cancellation remains available during retries.
It looks like this branch is under active development. To avoid overwhelming you with review comments due to an influx of new commits, CodeRabbit has automatically paused this review. You can configure this behavior by changing the reviews.auto_review.auto_pause_after_reviewed_commits setting.
Upload tasks now expose failed-item details and retry callbacks. The upload flow records failures per top-level item, retries eligible items, and updates task state as uploads complete. Cancellation and folder-upload analytics account for retry runs.

Summary
Failed-item contract and conversion src/app/tasks/types.ts, src/app/upload/failedUploadItem.ts
FailedUploadItem describes file or folder metadata, retryability, retry progress, and a retry callback. The converter builds this data from an upload item and its failure.
Failure tracking and upload run lifecycle src/app/upload/Upload.ts
Upload runs track active managers and failures per top-level item. File and folder tasks receive retry callbacks, and task failure details update when items fail or succeed.
Retry execution and validation src/app/upload/Upload.ts, src/app/upload/Upload.test.ts
Retry handling selects eligible failures, updates task state, and runs uploads. Tests cover retries, cancellation, folder-upload tracking, and independent completion of folder retries.
internxt/drive-web#2264: Adds the upload coordinator and its task, failure, and cancellation tracking.
Merge Risk: Low · previous review cd0c9
Retrying failed items in a folder more than once at the same time can briefly show the folder as complete while files are still uploading. The feature is not wired into the app yet, so impact is limited. Fix this before the retry UI ships.

storageFullFailure is only reset when the queue is idle. So if the user frees space and retries while another upload is still running, the retried items fail straight away with the old storage full error, without even trying, and the user isn't told again. What about resetting it when a retry starts, or only keeping it for the items that were pending when it happened?

manager.run waits for the whole queue to drain, so retrying one file of folder A keeps A in process until folder B finishes too, even if the file was uploaded long before. I'd wait only for the retried items here, so each task finishes when its own items do.

Every failure and every success calls syncFailedItemsToTask, which goes through the whole map and sends a new array to the task. With storage full in a big folder that's quadratic: 3000 failed files end up in 3000 task updates and 4.5M items copied. What about keeping the failures grouped by top-level item, or syncing them once when the run finishes?

Failures are now grouped by top-level item: with storage full in one folder, 10,000 files went from 2.5 s to 0.57 s. We kept the live sync so the list updates during the upload.

Wait for all retry runs before finishing a folder task.
Separate retries can upload different failed items in the same folder. When the first manager drains, finishRootFolder sets the task to Success and removes its upload state while the other manager is still uploading.
Track active runs per top-level folder and finish the folder only when all runs have drained. An isRetrying guard is not sufficient: a retried folder clears its failure record before its children finish uploading.
