Prepares @pangular-inspector/devtools 1.0.0, and adds the Release workflow from #190 so 1.0.0 is the first version published from GitHub Actions. The fixes going into 1.0 are merged and merged in here: #457, #458, #459 and #461. This replaces #444 (0.0.8), because the changelog's breaking defaults call for a major version.
packages/devtools/package.json: version 1.0.0.
CHANGELOG.md: ## Unreleased becomes ## 1.0.0, and "Upgrading from 0.0.7" stays.
The Chrome extension keeps its own version, so extension/manifest.json is unchanged.
Decisions made for 1.0, each of which would be a breaking change to make later:
vite>=5 becomes >=6. The Vite plugin's 77 tests pass on Vite 6.4.5, 7.3.7 and 8.3.0. Vite 5 can't run the test suite (Vitest 4 needs Vite 6). The changelog and Installation say how a Vite 5 app installs for the hub or the CLI: upgrade, or set legacy-peer-deps=true in .npmrc with its caveat.
One-time setup: on npmjs.com, add the trusted publisher for @pangular-inspector/devtools: GitHub Actions, pangular-inspector/devtools, workflow release.yml, no environment. Allow Actions to push to main, and set workflow permissions to read and write.
Run Release from the Actions tab on main with the exact version 1.0.0. The version is already set, so the workflow only tags it.
The package version is 1.0.0 and the changelog's Unreleased section is
now 1.0.0; its "Upgrading from 0.0.7" notes stay. The Chrome extension
keeps its own version.
Decisions made for 1.0, which change what semver covers:
- The `vite` peer range is `>=6`. The Vite plugin's tests pass on Vite
6.4, 7.3 and 8.3; Vite 5 cannot run the test suite, so it is no longer
claimed. The upgrade notes say so.
- The mobile entry points (overlay-manual, capacitor-hook,
overlay-angular-native, overlay-nativescript) stay in this package
through 1.x.
- Any port on a loopback host passes the origin check; security.md now
says so, and that the one-time code still applies.
SECURITY.md describes 1.x support, and the agent tools page says the
tools were renamed in 1.0.0.

Walkthrough
The devtools package version changes to 1.0.0, and its Vite peer requirement changes to version 6 or later. A manually triggered release workflow now validates, verifies, and publishes package releases. Documentation updates describe the release process and related package, security, and compatibility policies.

Summary
Release version and Vite compatibility packages/devtools/package.json, packages/devtools/CHANGELOG.md, apps/docs/src/content/getting-started/installation.md, SECURITY.md
The package version changes to 1.0.0, and the Vite peer requirement changes to >=6. The changelog and installation guide describe the Vite requirement and options for Vite 5 apps. The security policy specifies fixes for the latest 1.x release, with no backports to older 1.x or 0.0.x releases.
CI can run through workflow_call. The new manually triggered workflow validates the version and changelog, verifies and publishes a package tarball, updates the main branch and version tag, and creates a GitHub release. The publishing guide describes the workflow and a manual fallback.
Documented package and security policies apps/docs/src/content/agents/tools.md, apps/docs/src/content/contributing/publishing.md, apps/docs/src/content/security.md
The tool rename notice dates the renames to version 1.0.0. The publishing guide states that named mobile entry points remain in the package through 1.x and that moving one is a breaking change deferred until a major release. The security guide clarifies that any loopback port qualifies as a loopback origin and that authentication remains required by default.

"Workers Builds: angular-devtools" fails here for the same reason as on every PR and on main: it's a leftover Cloudflare Worker build (#431). No fix exists in the repo because it lives in the Cloudflare dashboard.

- Line 87: Update the npm installation guidance to note that projects using
--legacy-peer-deps when creating the lockfile must use the same setting for
subsequent npm ci runs. Explain that teams can pass the flag in CI or commit it
in the project’s .npmrc; leave the Vite and Angular peer-range guidance
unchanged.
- Line 87: Update the npm workaround in the installation guidance to name
@pangular-inspector/devtools in the install command, using the appropriate
dependency type for Express. Apply the same corrected instruction to the
corresponding devtools changelog entry.

Adds the Release workflow from #190: run by hand on main, it runs CI on the commit, checks the changelog section, packs and verifies the tarball, publishes with provenance through npm trusted publishing, then tags and creates the GitHub release. publishing.md covers the one-time setup and keeps the manual commands as a fallback.

Change "runs by hand" to a clearer phrase.
"Runs by hand" is idiomatic. Use "starts manually" or "runs on manual trigger".

The workflow grants both permissions at the top level. The ci job overrides them with its own permissions, so only the release job needs them. Move them to the job. A future job added to this workflow then does not inherit write access and OIDC publishing rights by default.

- Around line 116-135: Before force-pushing the tag in the release step, check
whether the remote `devtools@$VERSION` tag exists and points to the commit that
will be tagged; fail rather than move it when it points elsewhere, unless an
established intentional-recovery path applies. Preserve the existing push flow
when the tag is absent or already points to the intended commit.
- Around line 39-41: The checkout configuration leaves its write-scoped
credential available during package verification; disable credential persistence
for actions/checkout@v7 and update the release push step to authenticate its
required fetch and push operations without exposing the credential to pnpm
verify:publish.
- Around line 124-130: Update the release flow around the fetch/rebase loop so
the release tag identifies the exact source commit used to publish the tarball,
not a later commit containing newly merged changes. Record that source commit
before rebasing and reuse the recorded commit when tagging, including on
recovery runs; keep the rebase behavior for release-branch synchronization.

Checkout no longer leaves the token in .git/config while verify:publish installs packages; the tag step sets it itself. The tag now marks the commit that was packed and published, before any rebase onto main, and an existing tag is never moved.
